PDF Task Killer is a free, portable app that can kill all Adobe Reader processes if you're having issues starting or freezing. Double-click on the executable and PDF Task Killer will find and stop any Adobe Acrobat Reader services allowing you to start Adobe Reader fresh. PDF Task Killer runs on Microsoft Windows platform but only for 64 bit operative systems. A provided future implementation includes a multilanguages application.
