Aid4Email is freeware add-in for Microsoft Outlook. Its features facilitate and automate your daily work with Outlook, increase your productivity and save your time. Its features are: *** SEND LATER EMAILS / DEFERRED EMAILS *** This feature makes it easy for you to schedule an Email to be sent at any time you choose. Just draft your Email now, then schedule it to be sent out at any later desired time. *** SAVE MESSAGE COPY TO SPECIFIED FOLDER *** You can optionally configure that copies of sent Emails will be saved to specified folder. *** TURN OFF PC AFTER SPECIFIED EMAIL IS SENT OUT *** If you mark an Email with this option your PC will shut-down automatically once the Email is sent out! *** BUTTONS FOR QUICK CHANGE OF EMAILS' IMPORTANCE *** The Increase / Decrease Importance buttons are available in the main Outlook's ribbon. They provide with quick option to change importance of selected Email(s) within Outlook's Explorer (the main Outlook's window displaying folders and their Emails). *** FIND EMAIL'S HOME FOLDER *** Ever got to situation of having some Email open and wondering what is its home folder? The 'Go to Email's folder' button is now available in the ribbon of each Email's window (Inspector). It will navigate you into Email's folder within the Navigation pane and select the related Email in it.
